GRADE 0’s MAKING 3D SHAPES
The Grade 0 boys made the most gorgeous 3D paper bag stars this past week! They glued paper bags together with precision, cut the edges, splattered paint over them and then dusted them with glitter!
RIDING FOR A PURPOSE
On Sunday 17 November, David Chorley rode the 94.7 cycle race on a tandem with his dad Shane. As 94.7 is named RideForAPurpose David thought it would be a good opportunity to raise money for those less fortunate than himself. They did well and completed the race in a time of 3hr31.
As he has had asthma and excema for most of his life he decided to raise money for the WitsPaediatricFund. He raised R5700 and will buy various asthma pumps, some nebulisers and cortisone creams for those clinic patients who are in need of medication. On Thursday 12 December, David will spend the morning at the Johannesburg General Hospital where he will have the opportunity to meet some of the clinic patients who will benefit from the medication.

GRADE 2 BOYS LEARNING ABOUT MEASUREMENTS
GRADE 3 & 7 MATH COLLABORATION LESSON
The grade 7 boys have developed Maths games on a grade 3 level and are playing (testing) their fun game with them.
RIGHT STUFF PASSPORT ENTRY FOR GRADE 2
Robin spent a good 60 minutes helping clean out his and Jamie’s playroom on Saturday 9 November. The boys then took an exceptional amount of toys to their local charity shop and spent another 30 minutes off loading and handing them over.
Kago Masote, Luthando Masinda and Oliver Johns at the Gauteng Central Lions Cricket capping ceremony, where they were capped by Kagiso Rabada, very exciting and inspiring!
